All consumer rights who purchase the paid version of BEP 22 are on this page, separated into items.

1 - Right of refund (to request a refund, go to our Discord Server ), every individual who purchases the BEP 22, in any of its versions, has the RIGHT to request a refund in these situations:

1.1 - Waiting time, when purchasing, not receiving full access to the patch within 5 working days in your Download areas;

1.2 - Right of regret, the consumer has the right to request a refund within 3 days after receiving the product;

1.3 - Defective product, if the patch has serious flaws that prevent the user from playing (small bugs do not fall into this category), the consumer has the RIGHT to request a refund within 4 days after receiving the product (only proving the existence of the error );

1.4 - After requesting the refund, the person will not have the right to purchase ANY more version of the BEP, in any of its versions;

1.5 - Refund methods are the same as purchase methods (PIC PAY or PIX only);

1.6 - We do not issue refunds (after 2 days of right of repentance) if the computer does not support running FIFA 22 with or without BEP 22;

1.7 - Once approved, the refund may take up to 1 business day to complete.

2 - Videos or photos, the sharing of videos or photos is only allowed when it does not expose any link/password to download the patch, all videos or photos that contain this information may be removed from the air;

3 - Free updates, all updates (of the same FIFA), from the moment the consumer buys our patch are 100% free;

4 - Support, the customer has the right to ask for help whenever he wants, if he has an error due to the patch, it must be fixed as soon as possible;

5 - Prohibition of resale, the customer does NOT have the right to sell, share or expose the BEP files.

5.1 - If any client shares, it will be discovered immediately, they will no longer have access to the patch and the BEP server.

6 - Patch Lifetime, the patch has a maximum period of guaranteed updates and after expiration it may or may not continue to receive updates.

6.1 - The lifetime of the Patch does not refer to FIFA updates, if the updates expire but FIFA receives an update, the Patch will continue to be updated to work in the latest version of the game;

6.2 - Patch expiration time (updates guarantee is until 11/19/2022;

7 - FIFA Updates, the patch will receive updates for FIFA within 7 working days after the official release date of the FIFA update.
